Each class will consist of the following meals and beverage for a $50 value. For workshop participants it is included in the cost of the tuition. This is a tremendous savings!

Come join Amar for a Kundalini Class every Monday!
It’s a great way to start the week with a reboot of your spirit and all the systems that you embody. We have a really sweet group of practitioners at all levels.
Each session is followed by a super healthy and yummy snack.

Our private classes are a great way to get more info and delve a little deeper into whatever interests you, on your own schedule and with Amar’s undivided attention. Hippocrates Health Institute
Starting in 1956, the year the Hippocrates Health Institute was founded by Ann Wigmore (later joined by Viktoras Kulvinskas), they have operated on the belief that given the proper tools and environment, our bodies are self-healing and self-rejuvenating. That was a philosophy practiced by Hippocrates himself and passed down to us today from this father of modern medicine. The institute is now run by directors Brian Clement PhD, and his wife Anna Maria Clement Join Amar for a session to learn what her home away from home is all about!
